Although many answers can be found by searching the Flare Help Center, you may submit a support request.

• Submit a request from the Flare Help & Support website.
• Submit a support request when logged in to Flare Cloud Accounting.
• Sign up for a Flare Help & Support account (optional).

Submit a support request from the Flare Help & Support website

To submit a support request from the Flare Help & Support website, do the following:

1. Visit support.flareapps.com.
   
   
2. Click the "Submit a request" button located at the top right corner of the support homepage (1 below).
   
   
   
   
3. Enter your email address, select a subject and describe the issue. Check the "I'm not a robot" verification and follow the steps, then click the Submit button. We strive to answer support requests within 48 hours.
   
   
   
   
     While you are not required to sign up for a Flare Help & Support account to submit a request, creating an account will allow you to see all of your requests in one place. See Sign up for a support account.

You may also leave a message (displayed when Flare Support chat is offline). To leave a message, do the following:

1. Click open the "Leave us a message" button in the bottom right corner of support.flareapps.com.
   
   
   
   
2. Enter your name, email address and message then click Send.
   
   

Submit a support request when logged in to Flare

When logged in to Flare Cloud Accounting at my.flareapps.com, you can submit a support request from the Help widget. Here's how:

1. Click the Help icon in Flare's top menu (1 below).
   
   
   
   
2. Click "Leave us a message" (2 below).
   
   
   
   
3. Enter your name, email address and message then click "Send".
   
   

Sign up for a Flare Help & Support account (optional)

While you don't have to create a Flare Help & Support account to submit a support request, there are benefits to doing so. You'll be able to view all support requests in one place. To sign up for a support account, do the following:

1. Visit support.flareapps.com and click the Sign In button (1 below).
   
   
   
   
2. Click the Sign Up link (2 below).
   
   
   
   
3. Enter your name and email address, answer the "I'm not a robot" verification, then click "Sign Up" (3 below). You'll receive a verification email.
   
   
   
   
4. Click the link in the verification email (circled below) and you'll be taken to a page to create a password and sign in.
   
   
   
   
5. Enter your name, choose a password and click "Set password". After setting your password, you will be logged in automatically. In the future, log in by visiting support.flareapps.com and clicking the "Sign In" button.
   
   
   
   
   
6. To manage your Flare Help & Support account, click the name dropdown and choose an option. "My activities" displays all of your support requests.
