Edit a credit note

To edit a credit note, do the following:

1. Click Sales > Credit Notes in Flare's main menu (1 and 2 below).
   
   
   
   
2. Click the Credit Note # link of the credit note you wish to edit (3 below). The credit note details will be displayed.
   
   
   
   
3. Click the edit icon  above the active credit note (4 below). You may also select any other credit note from the list on the left side menu (5) and then click the edit icon.
   
   
   
   
4. Edit any aspect of the credit note and click the Save button (6 below).
   
   
   
   
5. Delete the credit note by clicking the Delete button (A above).

Delete a credit note

There are two ways to delete credit notes: when viewing all credit notes or when viewing a credit note's details.

Delete a credit note when viewing all credit notes

1. Click Sales > Credit Notes in Flare's main menu (1 and 2 below).
   
   
   
   
2. Check the checkbox next the credit notes you want to delete (3 above) and click the delete button  (4 above).

Delete a credit note when viewing details

1. Click Sales > Credit Notes in Flare's main menu (1 and 2 below).
   
   
   
   
2. Click a Credit Note # link to view its details (3 below).
   
   
   
   
3. Click the delete button above the active credit note (4 below).
