You may add up to two custom fields that appear on the print and PDF versions of the invoices. Custom fields are useful for displaying tax IDs on invoices, but, could also be used to display other information.
To create custom fields, do the following:
- Click the Settings gear icon in Flare's top menu (1 below) and then click Sales & Invoices > Invoice Settings in the Settings left menu (2).
- Enter name/value pairs. Each name and value will appear on print and PDF versions of invoices.
- Click Save.
The custom fields will be displayed on print and PDF versions of invoices as shown below: - To delete a name value pair, clear the text fields and click Save.
