A balance sheet shows your company's financial position (assets, liabilities and equity) at one point in time. The report provides valuable insight into financial liquidity, strengths, and weaknesses of your business.

To view the balance sheet do the following:

1. Click Reports in Flare's main menu (1 below) and click the Balance Sheet tile heading (2).
   
   
   
   
2. To run the Balance Sheet, choose a date range from the Date Preset (3 below) or choose "Custom" from the preset and select a From and To date (4). Check Years for comparison checkboxes to view a side-by-side comparison of Balance Sheets for selected years (5 below). Leave unselected to view only the current fiscal year.
   
   
   
   
3. Click the Run Report button (6 above).
   
   
4. Print the Balance Sheet (7 above) or export as PDF (8), CSV, XLS or XLSX (9) .
