Most reports can be exported as PDF, CSV, XLS, and XLSX. To view and export a report, do the following.

1. Click Reports in Flare's main menu (1 below).
   
   
   
   
2. Click the name of the report you'd like to export (2 below). In this example, we are choosing the receivables aging report.
   
   
   
   
3. To open as PDF, click the PDF icon and save the PDF (3 below).
   
   
   
   
4. To open as CSV, XLS, or XLSX, click the export icon and click the export format (4 above).
