Export a list of vendor debit notes as CSV, XLSC or XLS

1. Click Purchases > Debit Notes in Flare's main menu (1 below).
   
   
   
   
2. Check the checkbox next to debit notes you'd like included in the export (2 below).
   
   
   
   
3. Click the export icon and click the export format (3 above).

Export individual vendor debit notes as PDF

1. Click Purchases > Debit Notes in Flare's main menu (1 below).
   
   
   
   
2. Click the debit note number of the note you'd like to export (2 below).
   
   
   
   
3. On the debit note page, click the PDF icon to open as PDF (3 below).
   
   
   
   
4. Save the PDF.
