Edit a debit note

To edit a debit note, do the following:

1. Click Purchases > Debit Notes in Flare's main menu (1 and 2 below).
   
   
   
   
2. Click the Debit Note # link of the debit note you wish to edit (3 below). The debit note details will be displayed.
   
   
   
   
3. Click the edit icon above the active debit note  (4 below).
   
   
   
   
4. Edit any aspect of the debit note and click the Save button (5 below).
   
   

Delete a debit note

There are two ways to delete debit notes: when viewing all debit notes or when viewing a debit note's details.

Delete a debit note when viewing all debit notes

1. Click Purchases > Debit Notes in Flare's main menu (1 and 2 below).
   
   
   
   
2. Check the checkbox next the debit notes you want to delete (3 above) and click the delete button  (4 above).

Delete a debit note when viewing details

1. Click Purchases > Debit Notes in Flare's main menu (1 and 2 below).
   
   
   
   
2. Click the Debit Note # link of the note you wish to delete (3 below).
   
   
   
   
3. Click the delete button  above the active debit note (4 below).
