Learn how to:
View bills
To view all bills, do the following:
- Click Purchases > Bills in Flare's main menu (1 and 2 below).
- To take action on selected bills. Check the checkbox beside the bill and click an action button (3 below).
- To view an individual bill, click the Bill # link (4 above).
- To record a new bill, click the Create Bill button (5 above), or, click the dropdown menu and choose Create Payment or Create Debit Note.
To change the number of bills displayed per page, click, the paging options at the bottom of the bills list (circled below), and choose the number of bills per page.

- Record a payment for a selected bill.
- Email the selected bill.
- Print selected bills.
When you choose print, a new window for each selected bill will open. In your browser, choose File > Print to print the bill. - Delete a selected bill.
If you have recorded payments, checks, or debit notes against the bill, you have to delete them before deleting the bill. - Search bills by vendor company name, bill date range, due date range or status. See Search for bills.
Edit a bill
To edit a bill, do the following:
- Click Purchases > Bills in Flare's main menu (1 and 2 below) and in the list of vendors click the Bill # link (3) of the bill you'd like to edit. The bill will open.
- Click the edit icon above the active bill (4 below). The Edit Bill form will open.
- You may edit any of the bill's fields (5 below).
- Click Save (6 above).
- To delete the bill, click the Delete button (A above).
If you have recorded payments, checks, or debit notes against the bill, you have to delete them before deleting the bill.
